Installing WinRT for Windows 95

1. Download winrt95.zip from ftp site, or install from floppy.
2. After unzipping (if necessary) run "setup.exe"
3. Install "Win Rt tools only" to C:\WINRT95
4. Answer "OK" to "WINRT Installation Error"

Win RT Settings

Install Parallel port Virtual Device Driver to enable Printers and Plotters in Isis and Vista.
Install ISA Bus DSP1 Virtual Device Driver to enable TritonElics ISA bus DSP card in Isis
(for recording data via DSP card in Isis)

These are the normal settings for a Shipboard Isis with 1 DSP card, and realtime plotting.

Double click Win RT registry icon, or launch from start menu.
This will Launch WinRT Registry.

PARALLEL PORT VIRTUAL DEVICE DRIVER

1. Click Device > New
2. Click window below port address
3. Enter "378"
4. Click window below port count.
5. Enter "4"
6. Click device > Save
7. Click OK at the prompt

ISA Bus DSP1 VIRTUAL DEVICE DRIVER

1. Click device > New
2. Click window below port sddress
3. Enter "280"
4. Click window below Port Count
5. Enter "10"
6. Click device > Save
7. Click OK at the prompt.

SETTING THE STARTUP

1. Click Driver > Set Startup
2. Click System
3. Click OK
4. Click File > Exit
5. Click OK at the prompt.


NOTE: System must reboot once before TritonElics software will run, during startup you should see
"WinRTVxd: Blue Water Systems (c) 1995" during the startup sequence.
