In order to comply with Microsoft's recommendations regarding the location of configuration files (.INI, .CFG .TXT) the location of these file has been changed. The change occurred in v7.3.265.51. Please see this document for details. Note that many of these locations are by default hidden from the user. To see them you need to go to Tools > Folder Options > View in Windows Explorer and check the box Show Hidden Files and folders.
