The latest versions of Isis (August 2010) support the new Klein 3000, Klein 3900 and Klein 3000 with Sub Bottom option.  These newer sonars send configuration information to Isis teh information is used to automatically configure the server, the Klein 3000 server has been modified to handle these new sonar types, changes have also been made to Isis and SS-Logger, and in the case of the SubBottom option the XTF format now supports 24bit data.

Note:  The older Klein3000 sonar do not send the configuration information, however the new server has been designed to default correctly so the instructions for the old Klein 3000 are still valid, please refer to these instructions if needed.
